The lighting project merges the lighting technology through the overall absorption and merger. After the completion of the merger, the lighting project continues to operate, and the independent legal person qualification of the lighting technology is cancelled. Upon completion of the merger, all assets of the merged party, including but not limited to fixed assets and current assets, are merged into the lighting project; their liabilities and other obligations to be borne by the lighting project are inherited.
