1) Speed ​​limiter tensioner

• The tensioning device of the speed limiter should work normally. The lubrication of the sheave and the guiding device should be kept good. It should be cleaned once a year.
• The strap of the tensioning device should be in good contact with the rope-breaking switch, and if necessary, the rope-breaking switch attachment and the sheave component can be adjusted.

2) Buffer

• The hydraulic damper plunger should not rust and should be refueled regularly (the hydraulic oil must use No. 50 mechanical oil). After using for a long time, if there is a decrease in oil quantity, it should be replenished in time.
• Refueling step: Use a screwdriver to remove the cap of the plunger closure cap, open the oil level indicator, drain the air, add oil (refuel to the upper mark of the post) and tighten the cap immediately.
