The procurement content of this project is divided into 1 contract package. The bidder must make a full investment in the procurement content of the package, otherwise its bid is invalid. The technical indicators and parameters of this procurement item are provided by the purchasing unit. If there is any question about the bidder, please contact the purchasing unit. Please refer to Chapter 3 for details of procurement.

Second, sources of funds and payment methods: fiscal funds. Complete equipment arrival, installation and commissioning completed, experience acceptance, signing the “Zhangwu County Government Procurement Contract Performance Acceptance Opinion”, pay 95% within one year, and the remaining 5% are quality guarantee deposits. ”Zhangwu County Government Procurement Contract Performance Acceptance Opinions ” 1 year from the date of signing the payment.

III. Eligibility Requirements for Qualified Bidders
