2.3 Plan duration: 306 calendar days, planned start date: March 1, 2018, scheduled completion date: December 31, 2018. (Specific start report and completion report shall prevail).

2.4 Bidding scope: The supervision of the entire process of electronic supervision of construction preparation, construction, completion settlement, defect liability period and warranty period. 3. Bidder qualification requirements

3.1 Has an independent legal personality and holds a valid and valid business license for a corporate legal person;

3.3 Requirements of the Supervising Engineer: The registered supervising engineer's practising certificate is available, and the enrolling unit is registered in the bid application;

3.5 Commonwealth does not accept bids.
